One-Day-Only Electromagnetic Music Pavilion “Televilion-kan” Opens!
“Osaka Expo Electromagnetic Bon-Dance 2025” to be Held!

This special program features a collaboration with the acclaimed project ELECTRONICOS FANTASTICOS! led by artist and musician Nagai Wada. Retired electronic devices such as cathode-ray tube TVs, electric fans, barcode readers, and video cameras are resurrected as “electromagnetic instruments,” creating a brand-new festival experience called the “Electromagnetic Bon-Dance.” For this one day only, the Electromagnetic Music Pavilion “Televilion-kan” will suddenly appear inside the EXPO Hall. It will unearth the hidden potential and future heartbeat of electronic appliances, sending the pulse of emerging culture from Osaka to the world.

Guest performer Aoi Sawada, a folk singer who won the All-Tohoku Folk Song Championship, will join a diverse lineup of artists from across Japan for a stunning live performance. Together, they will bring to life a creative and humorous “Electromagnetic Music Bon-Dance” that resonates into the future.

The live visuals are created by 240K (COSMICLAB), and lighting design and programming are handled by Tomoyuki Soramoto, setting the stage for an immersive electromagnetic space.

Online Streaming by DOMMUNE to Be Held After the Event!

This event will be followed by an online streaming broadcast by DOMMUNE, a pioneer of cultural live streaming in Japan, led by Naohiro Ukawa. This streaming will enable viewers from around the world to watch and participate, creating a new cultural experience where physical and virtual worlds intersect.

This program is supported and sponsored by TRIAD Inc., LAETOLI Inc., and Comosas Inc., and is recognized as a selected project under the JAPAN CULTURAL EXPO 2.0 (Japan Arts Council / Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan)
