Tatiana Heuman works on music and sound creation between Argentina and Europe. She began her musical career playing the trumpet and drums with the free improvisation band Ricarda Cometa around 2009. Her unique approach to musical production was developed through collaborative, intuitive and experimental processes where genres are fluid and in permanent mutation. By 2014, Heuman started her solo electronic music project. After two EPs released in 2014 and 2016, her first album was released in August 2018: QEEI was released on the label Astro Nautico (NY). She has toured Europe, USA and Latin America playing in festivals such as Tauron Nowa Muzyka (Katowice, Poland), CTM (Berlin) and Heroines of Sound (Berlin). Heuman has studied Dance, Corporal Expression (Universidad Nacional de las Artes, Buenos Aires), Expanded Music (Universidad Nacional de San Martín) and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Media Arts at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne, Germany. She is part of the collectives #VIVAS (female* sounds platform), TRRUENO and female:pressure.
