Azikazin Magic World is a five-member media-mix creative collective from South Korea, building the world of Tra→Kids! through music, video, animation, and games. Released in 2026, their debut album Memory Overdrive blends electronic genres including breakbeat, drum and bass, jungle, breakcore, UK garage, and Jersey club. Its lyrics and vocal melodies carry a youthful tenderness and wistfulness, exploring shared memories, things that fade, and the resolve to begin again.
At MUTEK.JP 2026, the group brings the album Overdrive to the stage through Lionclad’s finger drumming and sampler performance, alongside Moogia’s live vocals and real-time effects. Joining them is tsuchifumazu, a Japanese creative duo whose practice spans music videos, VJing, and live show direction. Through their real-time VJing, animations and graphics from the world of Tra→Kids! unfold in dialogue with the live performance.
Fragments of memory drift through a virtual space, inviting the audience to float between fractured beats and tender melodies. It is an audiovisual performance in which the memories and emotions carried by the music take shape before the audience’s eyes.
