Ivone Lesanes
Ivone started in 2006 in the music industry as a receptionist, and has evolved to become a promoter of international artists, first in Live Nation Spain, for 10 years. She is currently part of the Primavera Sound booking team. Learning the trade of musical promoter has meant living in a constant stage of learning, continually renewing, and above all learning to work as a team, with their own and external ones. Control all areas and subsectors involved in the performance of a concert, from legal and administrative, marketing and contractual negotiation, through production and logistics, all without forgetting the most important thing: artists and the negotiation of their caches. The professionalization and feminization of the industry, are two of the main pillars on which Ivone bases its work, so it is a founding member of the MIM association, and was part of the board of directors between 2016 and 2019, and teaches music industry in different environments
