At the Connect MUTEK.SF+AE program, a joint effort by the MUTEK San Francisco and Dubai chapters, will present two artists from San Francisco and one from Dubai. It will feature an audiovisual performance by producer Aurora Halal in collaboration with real-time generative art specialist Ezra Miller, and a live performance by Dolorblind, an electronic project by Rohan Sinha, a visual artist and producer from New Delhi, India, all broadcast from San Francisco.
Both performances premiered this September at Culture Connects, a digital events program developed by Wild City in collaboration with MUTEK San Francisco and American Center New Delhi.
Temp-Illusion, an experimental electronic duo with Shahin Entezami and Behrang Najafi, both influential figures in the neighboring Iranian scene, and experimental filmmaker Amir B., will be broadcast from Dubai. We will broadcast the Ash collaboration live shown.
This performance was made possible via a commission from Tehran Contemporary Sounds. The filming location was provided by ATG.
